Default Water Pump leak or Cylinder Crack?

Its a 3.4 1995 Camaro

I've been having overheating problems. I drained the coolant and replace the thermostat and radiator cap, it went 20+ miles on highway without going over 180 degree. The next day I drove it around city street only and got hot again (250 degree) and heater won't blow hot air sometimes. Keep in my I only have Prestone radiator cleaner and distilled water in my cooling system. Prestone cleaner instructs to run 3-6 hours before flushing again and adding the coolant. Plus I ordered a new radiator so I was planning on adding the coolant when I replace my radiator.

Today I ran it about 5-10 miles on city street and got a bit hot and heater would not blow hot air intermittently. When I got back home and got out the car, I hear a hissing sound and when I opened the hood, there were a bit of smoke and I see a leaking coming off the area in the attach photo. I also had a video of the leak but it would not attach.

Also I attach a photo of some kind of white residual from the leak, not sure why it turns white like that and should I worry?

Hard to tell from the pics and video but it looks like its coming from above the water pump and from the cylinder head area. Check the oil and see if its a milky brown color..... Could be a head gasket that is leaking externally, but you would likely lose a lot of compression on that cylinder too. Heads usually crack around valve seats and inside the combustion chamber....

When you trace the leak look above where you see drips and find the highest point that is wet with the same fluid.
