Default help finding a GM part number

Can anyone help me find a gm part number? It's from a 168 tooth flywheel. These are the numbers on it:

1255 4130N
GM3B
136E

I put it in google but just found very basic information. I need to know what it's compatible with engine wise.

Really? Where'd you find that? This is supposed to be from a stock setup from an 02 LS1/T56 combo.
