Default Transmission Fluid

I have a 2011 v6 camaro and I drained some of the transmission fluid is there any way to put more in it without coming to the dealership.. Oh and there is no dipstick?

You are not supposed to mess with those transmissions. A special tool is needed to fill it.

Tampering with the transmission could and will void your warranty if the dealer sees any noticeable marks or fluid difference. A transmission with too much fluid is easily identifiable and is dangerous because it will possibly cause it to prematurely fail.

Hey Pete, could you please elaborate on this? I'm curious to know more. Haven't heard about the special tool. I'm curious and would like to know more. Thanks!

May we ask why you drained the fluid in the first place?

id go to the dealer,chevy has checked the fluid on mine free of charge, although they may charge you for the fluid, goodluck n thanks chevy
