i have to replace my springs in the camaro cuz its a lil to much to handle. the stoppers bang all the time and its like it needs more to it. what size coil springs do i buy. **** what type of coil springs, is it hard to install cuz im doing everything my self , im a newwb so please help

Go to your local parts store and get the stock replacements or go to the dealer and pick up a set. Also get a new strut bearing. Take the 3 bolts out at the top on the strut mount. Take the two lower bolts out of the spindle and those don't thread out. So take the nuts out to the end of the bolt. Pound it out and then you "should" get new ones but if you haven't damaged the ones in there you can reuse them.

cool cool cool. im heading up to orileys tomorrow buy what i need, the rear end needs to be completely raised right. i cant just do one side at a time?

Don't you have shocks in the rear? I thought u were talking for the front. But yes, you can do one at a time. It's still a coil spring right? Raise the car up and let the rear axle hang. You'll have a screw at the top in the center of the coil spring holding it in. The bottoms is either the same or should just drop out.

I hope he has shocks in the rear, but does not sound like it,otherwise he will bebouncing around like a demented frog. LOL
