do you think a 4 barrel would fit on there or is that too tight for a squeeze? this air cleaner suck, its kills horse and it burns up when the car back fires! for the people who want this air cleaner,. id advise not to, cheaper but your loose money be replacing them!

That looks like an edlebrocke 600 cfm carb, which already is a 4 barrel, if you are asking about a regular air cleaner, you will have to find one with a dropped base.

You should also take care of your backfire problems or you may wind up buying carburators in addition to the air cleaners.

NO KIDDING, EDELBROCK IS OK BUT DEFINATELY NOT MY FAV, IVE HAD BAD LUCK WITH THEM B FORE.

is it cheaper to replace the carb and manifold then to find a factory carb?
when i say cheap i also mean better(power, gas millage)

i say differently about edelbrock. i have had issues with holleys, no matter how well i tuned them, it never seemed to like my motor. i threw on an edelbrock 750 and i barely ahd to tune it. ran nice.
