I have a question that nobody has seemed to be abl;e to answer....i have a v62.8L 88 camaro...i heard from the guy i got it from that it was very rare....he said only 70100 were made....it has a z28 body...and even the speedometer goes up to 115....or do all the other v6's go up to 115...I need some help i can't find anything pn it anywhere...!!

...70,100 wow, that's really rare...or not! Even if it was 7,100, for one year, that isn't rare. I don't know much about your car, but if those are accurate number, I'd say it isn't that rare.

yeah especially if the guy you got it from told you that, he was just trying to get rid of it, and give you a reason to buy it.according to camarosource.ca they made aproximately 66,605 2.8L v6s out of 96,275 that year, so it really isnt that rare, unless it was a convertible.

I have a 2000 V6 and my spedometer goes to 120.....well 125 if you count that extra line.
