There is a company taken the body of a '69 and installing the complete interior of a 4 gen in it. they are selling a few cars that way and it comes with the vin number to a 69. man it really looks good.

actually i believe they just put a replica body of a '69 on to a 98-02 fbody frame, there is a company that does this, i dont remember them saying a price though

Alih is right on that. they are just putting the old body on a new chassis and drivetrain. I read about that a couple months back and if you look closely at the pics you can tell by the way the exhaust runs. it sits too low but still a real sweet ride
