does any company make a supercharger or turbo kit for a tbi motor if not what would you suggest thank you for your time

You can probably adapt a blow through centrifugal set up such as used on carbed cars, or use a screw type supercharger that sits below the throttle body. Check with Jegs, Summit, or one of the sponsoring advertisers.
