I'm having a problem with my spark plugs fouling out for some reason. i have a 1987 Camaro LT 2.8.
i'm not sure what the problem is but when i replace the plugs it starts right up. does anyone know what the problem could be?

after i put new ones it it runs great. no smoke or anything. but after like 2-3 weeks they foul out.
Now i also have another problem, i think my mom let one of her friends or something mess with my car and now its not runnning right and i think they might have mixed up the plug wires. do you know where i can find a diagram or someting that tells me which wire goes where?

A Haynes Manual can be bought for your vehicle with this information at your local parts store. I JUST gave mine away when I sold my 85'.... I would have checked for you... You can check your firing order, and hope they didn't mess with your distributor though.

What do your spark plugs look like when they "foul" ? Oily, chard? Need more information....

The firing order should be written in letters on the intake manifold. Try looking in front of the carb for a firing order. Thats my imput. Have fun w/ figuring this out.

looking straight at the distributer from the front of the car, #1 is slightly to the left of center , then it reads 2,3,4,5,6 in a clockwise motion
