is this a total carbon fiber hood, or just CF laid over a fiberglass base?

The Hood Consists of 2 parts -
1. Lower part of the HOOD is FIBER GLASS
2. Upper Part is TRUE carbon Fiber

if its fiberglass under carbon, whats the sense? still heavy....lines are gappy and basically a stock hood. Im so sick of hoods and scoops that dont serve a purpose, or deliver cold air to the breather.
