First you only have ONE cam. Second I need to know all your mods including trans type and rear gear ratio to give you even the slightest idea.

cant really give you much of an estimate out of what you said, but if its a street machine that will be a comfertable drive, go with a hydraulic cam and lifters with a duration from 210-220 and a lift a little under .490, but we do need more info to help you best, thats jsut a fair street cam.

the transmission is BorgWarner Super T-10 jsut rebuilt. im nto sure what it all has it sounds like it has a modfied cam but im not sure i jsut bought it and i can't get ahold of the guy, but it has a holley 4 barrel not sure what cfm endelbrock manifold not sure which kind, headers and flowmaster exhuast, i dont no the reaer end when i burn out only one tire spins so iwill probably get a new rear end. any ideas?

Timmy's suggestion above is a good one. You don't want to over-cam it, too much cam is a common mistake and will hurt performance.
