Whats up everybody. just like many others, trying new exhaust ideas for my 3.8L camaro.
Has anybody ever tried a Flowmaster Outlaw Racing muffler? or heard one? I've got a 40 series on mine right now but i don't really like it. Does anyone have some ideas to get a deeper sound? Not really impressed with the 80 series flowmasters either.:cool:

I would assume so, since we are in the 5th Gen V6 section.

I heard that some are 3.6L but mine is 3.8l 3800 series II. Anybody out there got exhaust ideas?

??? I'd like to see a pic of your 5th gen w/a 3.8... If that's what your car came with with you got duped.

....what year......if its anything less than 2010 maybe 2009(not sure not a fan of 5th gen) you are in the wrong spot

The 5th gen Camaro is what most recently came out... You know, the much talked about 2010 model. They came with a 3.6L v6 w/something like 300hp. I see someone said you had a '98 which is a 4th gen which came with a 3.8L v6 w/something like 200hp. That would be why I would say you got duped if you indeed had a 5th gen w/ a 3.8

Guess what I've got the 80 flowmaster exhaust (http://www.car-stuff.com/exhaust.htm) but im not satisfied at all. I should have settled or asked for second opinion first. Oh well, gotta save up again..
