Hey did you ever finish replacing those manifold gaskets?? I'm about to get mine done and it's costing 600 dollars. So i wanted to know if i could do it myself maybe??

You can do just about anything yourself. Get a Haynes manual and it should show you exactly how to do everything to your car from rebuilding the engine to body work, etc.

an intake replacement is really not that hard. if you are pretty mechanically inclined, just follow the manual and be very careful to take the time to remember how everything came apart. keep everything clean and make sure you do an oil change after, just in case any crud got into the engine
