i've got a 76 camaro that i plan to put a 454 into but i'm not quite sure what i need to do for motor mounts and i was hoping that some of you guys could help me out... the car has a 350 in it right now but i'm sure i'll still have to swap mounts

A set of '74 big block chevy pick-up mounts will work. The only obstruction is by the A/C evaporator. The hand-like protrusion will have to be cut off and fiberglassed. The exhaust is another malady. Manifolds will fit for sure. Headers ? you're on your own.

i did the swap from a sbc to a big block the same mounts that you have on the 350 will fit the 454 just fine. and i would get a set of headers summit has a pair for like 90 bucks if i remember right i the the # was G9011. and if your frame still has the bars that goes from the engine crossmember back to the frame rails you better take them out or it wont fit..
