Well it looks like bignic is in assuming he accepts the nom and makes a photo album.

Make sure u guys go check out the rules so nobody is disappointed or confused. if activity is sparse it wont make much of a difference, but if we get 50 guys nominated im forced by fairness to go with the first 5 to accept that have been nominated according to the rules and have all of the requirements.

you can be nominated as many times in a year as you are eligible. but if a member wins a given month he is inelibigle to win again with that car that year. No single car can be ROTM mulitple times in a year

it appears as if cran does not have his album up so his slot is still up for grabs, and as the rules state he only gets his slot if there is not a 5th nominee that accepts by the end of noms (or he gets his album up and PMs me, because im not babysitting :D)

there were some people nomed here which were in that competition too, however the rules dont say anything about number of noms per year

so... you can have a million nominations, but you can only win once a year?... so, if you win twice, does second place take the title?

i tried to make the rules thread as specific in this as possible. let me know if this is not what you gather from the eligibility section

- No member can win twice in the same year with the same car, they can however use 2 different cars in 2 different competitions in a years time. No user who has previously won a specific ROTM catagory, can win that catagory again until another member has won it (ie, cant win 4th gen 2 times in a row).


this means that for outsider, since it comes once a year, a member can only win it every other year at best. but 4th gen, since it is twice a year, a member can win it once a year every year with the same car. if jimmy's red 99 SS wins 4th gen ROTM, it is then inelibible for any other competitions in which it may fit (red cars only, super sports only, LS1, v8, or any other potential catagories we may go with down the road) until the end of the year. he can however win any of the following months after his victory with another car (pretend he as a 3rd gen, or any other camaro)

it is important that this thread stays on topic with nominations. if anyone has any questions about eligibility or the nominations process check out the rules thread stickied at the top of this section. if anything is unclear feel free to PM me and I will either explain and/or edit the rules to make things more clear. This is only to avoid me having to sift through 15 pages to figure out which members completed all of the elibility requirements first, it actually does get to be alot, yenko had me triple checking myself earlier [8D]. nothing but "i nom _______ (optional reason)" "I 2nd _________ (optional reason)" and "I,______ accept" and occasional updates really need to be posted. :D

any off topic posts in the nom threadsare going to be removed from here on out just to make my life easier when i go through all this stuff. :D, the voting threads are there for u guys to BS in (but still about the cars)

As all of you know from your extensive review of da rulz, you can each send me the picture you want shown in the voting thread, as well as a list of modifications and/or a brief description of what makes your car worthy to be ROTM. If you decide not to do this I will just pick a picture from your album. I would encourage each of you to review the section of the rules partaining to voting (and what you can do during voting) because eventually I will stop dropping hints on what needs to be done [8D]

Voting is scheduled for the 3rd and 4th week of the month, but if everyone sends me a picture before then there is no reason why we cant start early. Please label it as ROTM Pic or something like that in PM to make my life easy :D.

I also would like to thank everyone, this has got to be a record for ROTM, only 3 days to choose all of the contestants and have every one of them complete all of the requirements. Thanks for being so involved guys, this should be fun
