so im getting a 96 SS... auto

anything i should know about these cars? whats good whats bad? what needs to be upgraded?

I think that you bought a great car. The camaro SS is pretty sweet. As far as upgrades that you can do. They are plentiful. The following are a list of things that can be done to increase horsepower and make it faster. Exhaust (cat back system), headers (ceramic or painted), K&N filter with replacement lid, under drive pulleys, fuel pressure regulator, air foil or bigger throttle body, computer chip, 165 degree thermastat, lower gear in rear end. I prefer the 3:73 posi, just in case long road trips. You can also add NOS which I have never done but its not that expensive. The LT4 package is another idea or super charger.
