I was able to pull the cd holder off after the rear bolt was taken out. There are a few plastic tabs that hold it to the console, but these were easily pulled apart. The monitor went in very smooth. It didnt take very much cutting of the console to get the install kit to match right up.
It looks as factory as any of the other in-dash monitors on the market, so I am pretty pleased!

YES, it is molded into the dahs where the cd holder used to be.

Its gonna be awhile before I get any pics up... My wife is in Miami trying to get out condo taken apart before they demolish the building (thank you hurricane season 2005!) and she has the digicam.
