For starters a** not everyone looks in the v6 section, try posting 2 sections down where there are atleast 15 threads...and many people on this forum are knowledgable but if you are being a dick, you wont get much help.

Apparently you don't know too much about them either, otherwise you would be contributing instead of whining.

Mrs Dash, makes a good no salt seasoning. Been feeding that stuff to my disabled wife for the last six years, and she is finally getting used to it. LOL

LOL, nice z28pete..... vzfox...you could also try a manual, I know it helped me with some of the things that I was unaware of until I found this forum.

Mrs. Dash was introduced to me wqhile I was in the hospital. Now she and the McKormics are my best friends. There is even a no salt seasoning with a picture of Dom DeLuis on the container (at least it looks like Dom) that is also good. And there is Megaheart.com (I think) where you can shop for food and seasonings. They have the low sodium Herb Ox bouion so you can make chicken soup.
I just can't find the good stuff like Corned beef and cabbage, salami, peperroni pizza....
