This is how the car looked when I started. The video shows more details (paint bucket seat), but you can tell... it was in BAD shape. The bondo on the passenger's side quarter panel was 5/8" THICK! What were they thinking?
Anyway. I've got a long way to go. My goal is to have it done by year's end.

I shoot everything! A method I learned long ago, is to document during the process of disassembly. By the time I am putting this thing back together, I will have close to 1000 pictures to reference. (If I have to). A lot of it is still stuck in my head... but what happens when you can't quite remember how something went on or the angle it faced.
It always helps to have a backup plan.
I used to restore old cars when I was in college. Those pictures were invaluable to us during re-assembly!

I am doing the same. Documenting everything. I plan on touching every nut and bolt on the car, I dont know how well I will do, I may just get too eager and throw the motor in and go.

I know what you mean. But, you have to be patient!
I'm currently at the sheetmetal stage of my project and that takes MAJOR time. So, I just plug my way through it, reminding myself of the end results.
