What should I use to clean a few parts of my engine and my intake manifold? There are a few grease spots that I would like to clean, and was wondering what would be the best. I would like something that wont burn on or smoke when the engine gets hot..

I spray Autozone brand Engine Degreaser on my engine, and then take it to a power wash (covering up coils, CAI)

I haven't seen any burning when I do it
