Default help with rims

Hey I am looking at getting some new rims for my 2000 V6. I was looking at the C5? ZO6 10-spoke rims. they have almost new rubber on them and are 18's the fronts are 10.5 in wide and the rear ones are 11.5 wide.
1) will these bolt right on to my car?
2) with them being that big would I see a performance loss?
3) is $1200/bo a good deal? (I would offer him $1000)

Thanks!

I got those wheels in 17's and they're 9.5 in wide all around.

for one: mine almost look too big for the car
for b: yes, the car won't turn as well
and d: your wheels won't spin at all anymore if you're one of those people
and finally example 7: the car will ride WAY smoother. it'll feel like you're driving a benz

those front wheels will rub and you'll end up ruining the tires. The biggest you can go from what I've seen and heard are 17X9.5, or 18X8 front.

yepp to big in the front. And 11.5 in the back are just over kill unless your going for pure looks, cause on a rim that size the smallest tire I think you can run is a 295 or 305/30/18...and for it to look really right it would be a 315+. Which is NOT cheap AND on those tires... CHEAP and LONG lasting are 2 things that are not said in the same sentence

And unless your running 10's or better, and/or you have a serious auto-crossing machine then its wasted unless its for looks. And if THATS the case with tires that size.... you might as well put flames, stripes, N2O stickers and a big RACE ME NOW bumper sticker on your car, cuz thats what your gonna get.

Oh yeah those rims do look nice though!
