Hello, I purchased a complete Y3F sport appearance package and I want to install it correctly so I am looking for a step by step how to guide or possibly a PDF from GM/ SLP.
I have searched everywhere and cannot locate anything but one for the 2010-up camaro.

I have never seen one on the net. I am not sure if the appearance package was installed at SLP or at the dealer but either way the install instruction would not have been public. It is common to install anything low hanging that could be damaged in shipping at the dealership. It would have come with a one or two page install guide which the mechanics almost never read and through away. These kits are normally insanely easy to install and they were money makers for the flat rate techs.

All it would have taken was for one mechanic to scan that in but back in the day, when I used to do new car services I would have never even thought about keeping one of these instruction. If I had one in my files it would have been because it fell in there by accident.

 

? wich kit did you buy ,hope it was not the Duraflex but a tip would be to have another person help you do it that knows something about body work or can fallow directions pretty well,you will want to mach up each section probley the back first ,have the friend hold up the other end ,may use some good body tape to help hold it in place to ,to pre drill each section ,then do each side skirt they should bolt right to your body ,use a drill bit a bit smaller ,in some spots you may have tabs that will go into the body as well in the wheel wells withe side skirts but start from the back to to the front ,most important take your time ,are you painting it first ,if your careful you can paint it first
