Starter Wiring Issues.
Hello everyone!
I have a 99 v6 Camaro and recently I have been replacing my engine. When I was putting the starter together I had found a flat copper wire that I am not sure where it goes to. I think its a ground for the starter but I'm not sure where it connects to on the starer and on the frame. Any help would be wonderful and thanks for all the help you guys have helped me with so far.

Is it a braided copper uninsulated cable maybe a foot or two long with eyelet terminals at both ends?
If so, it is a strap that connects G111 (engine side of left engine mount) to G109 (left frame rail, forward of the ABS bracket). It connects engine ground to chassis ground.
