Spark plug wires
I know a thread simular to this was posted before, but I still have a few questions. I just finished installing my pacesetters on my 3.8, and I was wondering if there was a way I could rig the wires I have now or if I need to get the 90 deg wires. I already have regular msd 8.5 mm wires now that are in good shape. If I have to buy the 90 degree wires, does anyone know where I can buy them? Any advice will help, thanks.

Have you tried to see how they fit? You can always try insulating sleeves to protect the wires from excessive heat. If you can't find 90 degree wires, you can always buy the material and assemble the wires yourself.

I don't have a problem with them fitting, I just heard that they may melt the wires and cause them to not work properly. I didn't know if there was some way that I could insulate them so I didn't have to get new wires. What kind of tubing can I use?

After looking up prices for boot insulators I would be better off buying new wires. They are roughly the same price from what Ive seen. Before I buy the wires, does it make a difference on what mm they are? I am looking at some 10 mm wires right now. Will they work fine?

No matter what kind of wire you buy, the insulation is going to burn if it touches the headers. You really need to protect the wires from excessive heat of the headers or route them far enough to keep from baking.
