P1404

Good afternoon all,

Code P1404 is pending on my 98 3.8L Camaro. My scanner say the EGR is "closed position performance". doe this mean I have to replace the EGR or is there something else I should be looking at?

could be sticking. remove and see if it needs cleaning.
