check the cam/crank sensor and wiring to it. if its not telling the computer the engine is running the injectors will stop firing. same with the map and maf. if the maf is not showing any air going by, it thinks the engine is not running.

Of the crank and cam sensors, only the 3X crank signal is needed for the engine to run. If it was not working, the injectors would never operate. If the cam signal is missing, the PCM will "guess" at the correct injector order, possibly affecting engine performance because the order may be in the wrong sequence, but will not stop. The 24x cranks signal is only used to provide smoother low speed (idle) operation. If the MAP sensor signal is missing, a MAP table in the PCM is used to estimate the MAP values for calculating the injectors pulse widths.
I don't think the 95 3.4L engine has a MAF sensor; the 95 3.8L engine does have one.

i can keep the car running on ether, but still after the first initial 2 seconds that it runs, the noid light stops pulsing, even running on ether, and will do the exact same thing every time i start it up. this car has the ignition key bypassed, and has a regular key switch, and has a resistor wired into the wires, that ran to the original switch. is it possible, that the resistance needed for that wire has changed somehow? would what it is doing, be a symptom of that?

I have the feeling that some other things may be bypassed. Normally the starter circuit is disabled by the VATS system when the wrong key is used. I see no way the resistance needed by the system would change, but it is possible that the substitute resistor may have changed, or the contacts for it. Try unplugging the resistor and note what differences you see (does the starter still work, etc)
Is the "regular" key switch bypassing the VATS control of the starter relay?
