Default Bad coolant/water leak

Tryin to figure out what to do before I go any further with this one..
If its gunna be a headache I got a different route im gunna go

This is the big one now.. Water/Coolant is coming out between the intake manifold and the water pump area. Idk whats up with it, but its coming out at a rate where I dont want to drive it now..
If I cant fix this im gunna end up doing something else with the car once I sell my spare parts for the gixxer...
But anyways, am I gunna have to take the front cover off? The intake manifold? both?
heres some pictures

Area where its coming out

Where its coming out

Water comes out of between intake manifold and front cover

If you need pictures of the water and coolant coming out let me know and I'll grab a few
Before I start tearing it all apart some more

There is a little plastic elbow that goes from the tensioner assembly to the intake manifold (right under the neck of it). The o-rings go bad, and sometime they crack. It's in the dead center of the 3rd pic.

It looks like its easier to do the tensioner base but if you get it a part and its not that then you will be pulling the intake anyway.

I think that is a Dealer Item. GM calls it a Pipe,HTR WAT Bypaa INL. The above picture is from the GM parts book. I had to replace my intake gasket so i did not pull the tensioner off. I can't really help with that.

You can get it from Orielly's in the Help section. Or if you break your tensioner assembly like I did, it comes with that also. Make sure all the broken pieces are out of the manifold and tensioner assembly otherwise the new elbow won't fit. On mine the end broke off in there, and I had to "fish" it out.

Click this... http://www.oreillyauto.com/EW3/HomePage.do

In the search feature type in 47065. Then it will ask for your zipcode.

Yea I ended up breaking the assembly and had to replace it all.
And had to get a crap load of corrosion out. But no more leaks or anything..
Ended up being that the elbow cracked and then broke
