T56 Slave cylinder problem
I have a 95 Z28, i just installed the engine and a new clutch plate. It already had a spec stage for clutch kit, i just replaced the disc.
So today I finally was ready to crank it and I pressed the clutch in and it seemed very hard to press, and then I heard a pop, I busted the slave. Now what could I have done to cause this.

When you say you "busted" the slave, did the seal pop and fluid went all over? Technically... 1995... if it's the original slave, seals do go bad, things happen, you may not have done anything, it may just be old. With time, seals shrink. A new clutch plate (pressure plate) has more pressure than an old pressure plate, so you are applying MORE pressure to pull back the plate so the slave is working harder. At some point, with old seals, sooner or later, something has to give.
This is assume you mean it was harder (than before) to press, not as in it resisted to the point where you felt like something was going to break by pressing it.

It actually broke the mounting "ears" off the cylinder. Its not leaking any fluid....
But I went out and checked it all out today. It appeared that the fork was out of place. I think I have it right now, I took a profile pic of it. For anyone that has did this before, does it look correct ?

I have my new cylinder now. Before I start this, is there anything special I need to do, I notice theres no bleeder......self bleeder, those never work. How is everyone bleeding there?
How can I make sure my clutch fork is positioned right?

sure sounds like something is jaming or installed wrong. if the slave is hitting something or the throw out/pressure plate is not moving when you push the clutch in something is goin to give and it appears the ears are the weakest point.
