Yours is cracked. - replacement time.
Yes, I replace with Gatorback belts.
I spray maybe a half second to the inside ribs.
Also, the A/C belt will have to be removed in replacing the primary belt.
Might as well replace it also.

Thank you ! Just bought a gatorback belt for $20 off ebay will get here in a week. Will update you once I changed it!

Also I did not know the AC has a mini belt of its own... how would I be able to change that

As you look at the bottom of the belt drive system, you will see an idler.
This idler has an adjusting screw and a locknut for it.
Loosen locknut, screw out idler with its adjuster, and remove/replace belt.
Tighten idler for a 3/8-1/2 inch of belt slack and lock adjuster in place with locknut.
Recheck both belts for slack in about 50-100 miles and adjust A/C belt if needed.

Sounds to me like the AC clutch is going, Turn on the AC and see if it goes away.

Of course that is sound from a video so it is just a guess but easy enough to test.

try using a tube from the center of a roll of paper towels and stick it to your ear and see if you can at least get a general spot where the dang noise is coming from. this is getting to me, if you were closer i would drive over and look at it, lol, la is a bit to far though.

have you run it for a few seconds without the belt to make sure its a belt driven noise.

My mistake: eh A/C belt IS BEHIND the primary belt
So it does not need to come off.
