Default Any leads on a T5 clutch fork?

I have a well used '94 base model (3.4) with the 5 speed (T5 by Borg Warner) and the clutch fork retaining clip is pretty much shot.

I can't find a fork anywhere!

Could anyone please direct me to a good source?

THANKS!
