Rear end sway help
I just got this car and the guy did tell me about this problem. He said something about a bushing that go's some on the rear (Sway bar?) . I'm not 100% sure since I'm a truck guy and this is my first car.
Anyhow when you make a turn at speed and hit a bump the rear end sways. I took off today and hammered on it(not trying to spin tires) and it was horrible what ever it is. I felt it sway hard to one side. Sorry if that's not in great detail, its kind of hard to put into words.
Thanks for any ideas/tips.

Depends on what you wanna spend. Moog stuff is usually a bit more expensive, but I don't hesitate for second putting their stuff on my car. Energy Suspension is supposes to be good as well, but I have yet to experience their stuff. Take pictures if you can. I'm trying to remember where the end links are under our cars, but it's been so long since I've been under the rear end. Lol. Sway bar bushings is really the only other thing I can think of a the moment.

I did not get pics because i did not get off work until late (7pm). I did look under it on break real fast and it as new springs, shocks and sway bar end links.

I wonder if a panhandle bar(think thats what its called) could cause this? I check the springs, shocks, and end links to sway bar and there all new. Which the guy did tell me he changed, but I never check it.

It's possible the pan hard bar is bad. In that case, instead of buying new bushes, I'd buy a new one, but only if that's what is wrong. I'm trying to think of any thing else that could cause what you're describing.

is it swaying up and down or side to side. panhard bar is supposed to stop side to side and sway bar is supposed to stop up and down. check to make sure the panhard bar mounting brackets are secure. while the car is on jack stands or on a lift see if you can move things around. should be able to see where the issue is. you should be feeling or hearing a bump on corners if its a panhard bar bushing. what kind of shocks are on it? if you want good quality and an upgrade look at what strano has, im very happy with his sway bar setup. umi makes a good panhard bar as does spohn. looks like you may have a lowered car so get ajustable panhard.
