Front/rear sway bar size

From what I've researched about sway bars for the 4th gen, your only real choice is going to be between a solid or hollow sway bars, there's really not that many choices in sizes.

If you're really going to handeling, then the bigger the better and solid. If you're also doing some drag racing, then you have to find a comprimise in there.

I'd stay back from solid. I've got a WS6 32mm front bar, hollow. Nice and light, and it does it's trick well. I see you have a V6, so get a 19mm rear bar off any V8 4th gen fbody. It's a really nice balance. There's a crap load of companies to choose from for SB's, and many different kinds of metal and size as well. Sam Strano sells some of the best sway bars, and offers hollow bars front and back for a decent price, and offers them in bigger sizes if you want. Top it off with poly bushings and end links, and you've got a nice setup.
Shocks are a HUGE factor in suspension. Strano's Bilsteins are 10000x's better than the stock decrapons, and they have different valving in them than the bilsteins you buy else where. I've got those too, and I'm decently impressed. Though I have plans to upgrade to Koni's, strano lowering springs, and bigger bars in the future, just got something else I'm messing with at the moment.

There's a crap load of suspension choices out there for the F-Body, from auto-x to drag racing, but there's lots more to choose from for a drag racing suspension setup. There's even a watt's linkage kit available now.

Thanks, so what do you think of these? I like how they include all the bushings and end links.
