also planning on a new alternator that better attaches to the block ,going to make some sway bar spacers couse my harmonica balance is to close ,does any one know of a different sway bar that would give the space I need ?? but the spacers seems the best way for that ,doing for now going to do a new bearing kit for now in the axle ,if I can I may just get the 3.23 ring an pinion ,the car feels so tight, sure don't feel like 2,73 ,but will know soon ,thing I got going now is my friend to help me work on all the things that is needed for long performance ,valve covers cast ,like 79.00 for a set ,otherwise the car is running sweet since we turned down the fuel mix an put the pump in back ,then its just the exhaust cut it off about half way ,then just put the 4 inch round jones ,all this should make the car run an handle so much better with shocks too ,like said my plan is to totally restore the modified 95 406 car over time the next few years ,an so about 102300 miles on the car now is a great time for it ,<a href="http://s1312.photobucket.com/user/600iq/media/95/DSCN0210_zpsidvqyw9v.jpg.html]" target="_blank">

Check your pulleys for alignment. They need to all be inline. This may require using washers as shims to move stuff in and out. Also none of the pulleys can tilt. The pulley's center lines should be very close to parallel.
FYI, paint and assembled alternator is a bad idea. Paint will get in the circuits and cause issues down the road. Also the paint acts like an insulator and hold in the heat which will shorten the life of the electronics. Besides unless all the oxidation was removes from the aluminum it is just going to peel off over time anyway. To get all the oxidation is normally a acid dip process.
