Default Trying to locate my o2 sensors

Hello all. I'm going to replace my o2 sensors and I'm trying to make sure the locations are correct.

I'very got a 2000 3.8L v6 and I think I have 2 under my hood and 1 before and after my cat. My cats gone bad too so I'm going to replace the cat and the o2s.

Thanks for any help.

You can find the location to both and how to replace them with the repair manual.
