please help...overheating problem 3.4 camaro
Just seeking a lil help with my 94 camaro. It overheated on me about 2 months ago and I've been trying to fix it since then. No sign of water in the oil and compression is normal..so far I replaced....last thing I can think of is radiator flush.
Radiator
Radiator cap
Thermostat
Temp sensor by thermostat
Cooling fan motor
Fan relay
Also bypassed fan to toggle switch

I had a motor swap in Feb due to a broken head bolt. I had no signs of my water and oil mixing either until the engine was torn into. Are you losing coolant? I also had a slight over heat and it was my water pump back in July. It generally runs about 185 to 210. If I'm in heavy traffic and nearly sitting still, it will climb to a little above 210. More like 220 or so and then my fans kick on and brings it back down. It's never been to a point of boiling over though.

try looking into a heater inlet pipe its a dealer part i have to replace mine and when it leaks it makes the car over heat its under your air intake and it goes into the intake manifold i believe it connects to to the quick connect piece on the intake check there and see if you have fluid leaving there i have a pic ill try to post tommorrow

Found the problem. I flushed the coolant ran some prestone radiator flush, drained it topped it off with dexcool and its running like a champ....or like a V6 camaro. My fans now also kick on. But now my alarm went out and my left turn signal keeps burning out bulbs. Lol
