Default New to Camaros, need parts

I'm new to car parts, repairs and all that stuff, but I'm looking into buying a 2000 camaro that has some damage from the previous owner. I'm buying the car for around $350-$400, because the previous owner sold it to my uncle (who works at an auto repair garage) for $300 because no one would buy it for $1100 like they asked for because it's all smashed.
It's headlight and backlight are smashed, as well as the front fender and a big spot between fuel door and backlight, this is all on the left side.
Any good places to buy used parts?
estimate on parts?
Is this a good price for this car?
or should I forget about it, and look for a new one?

the rear looks pretty serious, gona take some pulling our cutting. look around at the local wrecking/pick and pull yards and see if there are any 98-02s around that you can get parts from.
