The best fuel pump to get is the Granatelli kit. It's actually a Walbro 255 in a different box and is totally plug and play.

I wouldn't bother with the y-pipe unless you're doing headers. Real exhaust work is a lot of frustration, shearing, filth, and rust in your eye so you better make it count. Ideally, you'll want long tubes with 3" collectors into an ORY and 3" catback system. You can pick up a Magnaflow or Hooker system for around $350~ (I prefer the Magnaflow sound).
