Might want to get feedback from others who have a poly mount with their T56. I put one on my 96 auto and the vibrations were minimal. Certainly the good outweighed the bad, the bad being having to replace the rubber one again. If you have a tendency to jump hard on the throttle off the line and/or shift hard, I'd personally rethink the rubber mount. But, that's me, do what you want.

How off center is it? That urethane mount has 3 positions for the "center" bolt. What's strange is, looking up applications on rockauto, one brand is the same part number for both auto and manual, another brand has different numbers for each.

Heres a link... See how the center bolt appears farther back than the two mounting holes in the plate? Thats how mine looks... Ill need to pull it out to be 100% sure.
