Default A/C/Cruise Control

I am new to this forum and would like some help with figuring out what's going on with my A/C and cruise control. I bought a 96 camaro a few months ago. One day I was driving down the highway when the A/C and cruise control stopped working at the same time! The compressor is charged. So I have no idea what the issue is. Help please!

As mentioned above, I would check the fuse block under the hood. Fuse number 12 controls both the speed control and A/C circuits.

I have power going to the #12 fuse and relay is also good. I also checked the inside fuse underneath the dash. It also has power

Make sure you measure that voltage with the ac clutch relay on so that there is a load attached.
