Default Another hard start/ no start...

So here's the issue. My Camaro starts just fine when I start it first thing. If I quickly shut it off, it wont start until I leave it pretty much overnight. If I start it and run it for awhile then shut it off, it starts right up. Fuel pressure is perfect.
Things I've replaced:
Opti
icm
Plugs
coil
o2 sensors
I'm at a complete loss. Some times I'll just back my car out of the car for whatever reason and shut it off, and I won't get it to restart. But car runs great once running...

I think crabby refers to the EVAP system quite often... I'm not versed in this at all, because I haven't had to touch that yet on my car.

is it getting spark and fuel? check to see if injectors are being told to fire. pick up a noid light for gm injectors and have a look. if you have a spark checker test spark and see what kind of spark she is getting.

I've tested for spark and I've got spark. Have not hooked up to a noid light, but the scanner I'm using seems to say they are firing fine.

I have not tried flashing it. I thought about the vats as well, but wouldn't kill spark?

I did try jumping the pins and all I got was the 12 repeating over and over. I waiting until it did it about 10 times, never changed. I will say that it smells like it's definitely getting fuel. One thought, could it be flooding out?

yes. if an injector is stuck sticking or being told to open all the time. or fuel pressure is way high.

And I did replace the iac today and it didn't help. So really the only sensor I have yet to replace is the tps
