Default 95 lt1 miss fire

Alright so I've been helping my roommate with his camaro. Today I fixed an oil leak from the water pump and opti spark seals, just replaced them and cleaned up the oil. Ran perfect after I put it all back together but I noticed he needed a coolant flush, so I said hey why not. I did it but I guess I made a mess from the bleeder valves and I'm thinking coolant got into something. So now it seems like it's missing on 2 cylinders. Could moisture on a connection cause it to do this? I've already checked out the opti spark and haven't seen any arcing anywhere and I shook the ignition wires with no change. He needs it finished by tomorrow night so all help is appreciated

first off are you running out of gas,,,, lol. ok the last thing you want to do is get coolant on the opti. the wire harness area where wires come out of the opti is an area of concern. put electrical grease on it or maybe some sealant. use electrical grease on all your plug wire ends, bolth ends. if you have a thermo gauge use it to find the cold exhaust pipes on the exhaust manifold when the engine is running. that should tell you which if any are not firing. also can put some water on the exhaust manifold (when cold, dont put cold water on a hot manifold) and start er up and see if its not evaporating on any of the cylinders, that can tell you if you have a weak or non firing cylinder.
