I'm assuming you want help fixing it, is it leaking oil or coolant? I'm not a mechanic but from reading other threads about overheating and shutting off, that doesn't sound good. Does it blow white smoke out that back? Is the radiator full of coolant when you take off the cap and look (only do this when its cold)? Do you hear a ticking from the top of the engine with the low oil pressure? Is there oil in your coolant? Is there coolant in your oil? These are questions the techs on here will most likely want to know, they may have more.

"over heats n shuts off" is a very bad sign. Sight-unseen, and based on the limited description, it sounds like your engine may be locking up, which means internal damage and rebuild or replace time at this point.

some Anti freeze looks like rust orange ,feel for the slippery feel of good .antifreeze ,then look for particals if you think its rust ,there will be partical ,if not it just the color of it ,the good stuff is orange again an can last a long time,i would flush it unless you see gunk in there why pull it out ,i undertsand take the battery out then the plate it sits on ,then .you can pull the .over flow out ,you may. be makeing .more work for yourself ? so you got 94 an 95 3,4l,if its an older high miles car a flush an some new anti freeze ,should do it, a coating of rust in the bottle wont make much difference if its in the radiator too rust ,it will recycle into a new one too,you may want to replace the radiator to if you doing all this other things water pump overflow ,that .way you got new cooling system ,but like said just flusing an replaceing coolent may be all you need,
