93-97 Camaro front end conversion to 98+

It looks to be a pretty good step by step, not sure if you've seen it yet or not

 

that's the one I am refuring too ,he does not give all the info I need ,for real guys no help hear,thanks cheeks ,I know theres guys who have done them,its pretty , ????much down to radiator brackets from 95 or 98 ,an possibly the plastic from under,its kinda forgets a few things like the impact bumper

 

well got one radiator bracket from 02 29.00 shipped ,i can see in the last picture he used it for his coversion ,one things for sure I that it has taken a lot of work an research ,other then that post from z28 com,i am sure of one I thing I know I can do it now ,I am just very uptight with the lack of help from others hear other then you cheeks I feel like I am talking to myself whats new,now the plastics do they work

 

well i got all the parts I need for now the other headlight bracket an the extra brakets ,I am going to take pictures ,but probley keep it to myself ,couse I have got no help whats so ever on this ,but when you all see it when its done I am sure then people will say how did you do that ,now it just the plastics under are they the same ?????,yes the read up is about 90% an the other 10% one has to figure out alone

 

got just about everything I need now ,just the bumper fenders hood ,going to start takeing it apart soon ,an se what I got in there ,may need a few more brackets ,?still question is the plastic under the car ,I got my 99 out today I think there pretty mush the same ,hood brackets are the same ,I will take close look at my 99 now that I got it out

 

The reason why is because you are one of the only ones (if not the only one) here who has/is planning on doing the conversion. I can't remember myself, anybody else doing it. So there's no need to get all pissy about it, lol. If you do a nice write up, with pictures, it'll be sticky worthy, and your fame will live on.
Now if part of what you're uptight about is the lack of a cheering section, then here you are.... "Way to go man, you can do it, can't wait to see it finished, yaaaaay"!!!

 

yes I know I relaxed about it ,I think why most don't couse realy I am hearing ,you just need all the parts from 98-02 ,I got the parts all comeing now ,it seems you just need front end from 98-02 1 hood 2 fenders 3 bumper cover 4 impact bumper 5 healights 6 fog lights 7 brackets ,8 radiator bracket,9 front grille ,the hood brackets are the same ,70% are 10mm socket some 13mm an a few 7, 8mm all metric,there pretty much like the parts 9 steps to this ,what was not mentioned in another right up was the 98 impact bumper ,then there are the rivets pop out with plyers an a screw driver , I think alot of guys have done it but don't share it

 

an one more thing for states that need 2 plates like NH a new licence plate holder was $20.00 .WA-160b Dark purple or trade name color for me , Cyclamen,i am getting oem parts painted already ,,I think there is alot more work for those who put different color parts ,like say blue on grey car ,would have to come back off to be painted ,unless one is painting the whole car ,I am doing just the front end ,started getting parts today ,I just have not desided on the ss hood or the regular z28 style ,I had bad experience with ss hood for the 95 5 years ago ,it was throw away hood for circle track car ,they are guaranteed to fit from the place I am buying from ,they buy the used parts an repaint them its local ,

 

going with the z28 look or the ls1 look ,as I can add a hood scoop later got the parts ordered 99.9% now ,other then the passengers brackets may need replaceing,I relize to ? why the impact absorber from 98-02 ,is needed ,is because the cover cradles the impact inner bumper form fits ,new z28 badges adding some red,they sent the radiator bracket to so I can send the other one back or sell it

 

got the headlights led they pack them very well like there own suit case ,with the new tail light this car will have a good looking make over i guess you can call it that,these have all th lights already to intsall,for $125.00 brand new set was no other way to go some wanted more with no lights or wires just the shell ,better then oem ,both will add more of a chrome look ,these are hot an will make ralley red look plain now its just the painted parts about 2 weeks ,an few brackets ,will post before an after pictures an mabey directions ,actually ,the story has already been told as to how to do the conversion ,i think it just a matter of takeing our time of these an not rush things ,think i will see better at night ,it realy is about looks ,it was very hard to drive that car with bent parts for 4 months 10 steps,going with all led lights too ,dont be jelous
