hum,no input from the peanut gallery yet simon says puts your hands up hehehe ,I will go one way or another to get it fixed ,I think the ss clone may give me better resale though I may never sell it couse its realy only for me ,even just 98 look will work ,ya the cost is about $700,00 more but you can get an desent ss hood for that.an finding an ss hood for the 95 near impossible ,though I seen one unpainted in conn for 350 would have to go get it ,its more like w6s hood 159 views ,what do you guy come hear for just to read dadadadadada, these coversions are popular now all the brackets work the same too? is there should be a thread where someone did is direction would help though I have some there kinda washy

hey that's a thought I wonder how much to ship? sunoco hood what is that ,troy nh 03465,i think all I will need is new absorber for the 95 the brackets for the passengers side as that took the most impact ,other wise I do hear there not that hard to do ,,?has anyone bought painted parts from revemoto, they will ship the hood an fenders front bumper cover painted dark purple $1275.00 for regular 98 style an about 1400.00 ss style there flat rate shipping is $150.00 weather is a bumper or all the parts they have some desent reviews ,theres another one that's cheaper but they got bad reviews ,I could do it for like a bit over $2000.00 ,I am thinking about parts ,no matter how I go its like $1200 for paint ,all the donor parts are 200 miles away or more or whole cars ,I think about the price of that ,then I also think about all the extra parts with the right donor ,I know one thing soon I will make up my mind thanks

sunoco hood is a cowl hood, here is an older pic of my car with that front end on it

it would probably have to go truck freight which would be expensive, normally around 165-200 bucks

I've never bought any of the painted stuff to be honest, are they are junkyards around your house? these cars are becoming extremely cheap and therefore plentiful in the junkyards

yes pretty nice though for my set up ,if that would be for hood fenders an bumper cover how much for those are they crack an dent free , I may go with painted parts ,I bought the headlights brand new $120.00 with a set with the bulbs an female pig tail I think there all the same.some sellers want 175.00 for the shell ,from Camaro hawk I got an absorber with the back plate shipped for $80.00 ,an the fog lights lightly used $80.00,an a brand new grill for 85.00 shipped ,,so all I need now is the hood fenders bumper cover an brackets for right side ,,I am getting there now so going for the 98 -02 look ,could have paid alot more for the parts ,I try to be thrifty no cheap thanks

???? is I need someone who has done the conversion ,I think I will need the brackets from a 98 seems the headlight bracket doubles as a fender bracket as well
,I dont want to go to gm for the brackets ,prices are sick even used ones can cost ,I guess what I want to make sure is I get there not needing one bracket I don't have ,is why I am doing a lot of research ,an I don't want to buy brackets I don't need either ,will get there a few parts at a time

I will get this down ,they used donor car not donor parts .? is now are there is the radiator supports the same not mentioned in this guys thread ,so from the donor car one needs from the 98-02 for 93-97 !1 fenders 2 hood 3 bumper cover 4 inner impact bumper 5 headlights 6 fog lights 7 light brackets 8 extra bracket ,?Question right now is will the radiator supports from the 95 work ,or do I need the ones from 98-02 they did not specify that enough what year for what works where .then the plastic under that car ,so those 2 things in question ,when I do it will take pics then give better directions though I guess we borrow info hear an there,to get it done ,I just don't want to buy parts I don't need ,theres an extra bracket on the 98-02 that I need to ,found the left side ,when in doubt figure it out for yourself ,looking at the pictures I could see they used the 98-02 radiator brackets an the extra one bottom of bumper cover Hey cheeks what do you know about these coversions thanks Mr scott
