check to make sure battery is charged, there can be enough power to have lights come on but if battery is to low starter will not engage. check fuses, try cleaning the key where the humps are. spray some electrical cleaner in the key hole. tilt wheel to different locations and see if that does anything. can you hear the ignition switch being engaged? there is a shaft that runs down the steering column to the ignition switch it can get bent. ignition switch may be lose.

Make sure all the battery connections are good and tight. You can be making enough of a connection to run the accessories, but not enough to juice is flowing to kick over the starter. Try messing with the positive cable while someone is turning the key.

Double check it isn't the starter or wiring going to the starter.

You need to get a test light to the small wire on the starter. If it lights when you try to start it that means the issue is started/cables/battery issue. If it does not light then you issue is the the dash.

If it does not light I would jump power to the wire and see if it startes. Just about any auto store will have a remote starter switch.
