My car will idle but not throttle up. It dies. I've tried ether and it will throttle up. It has a new fuel pump, filter, and fuel pressure regulator. I think my problem is my fuel injectors all shut off at the same time. I don't know how to make them fire.

 

Have you checked for codes? After the parts change, have you checked the fuel pressure with a gauge? A SWAG would be the TPS.
Your engine uses injector batch fire, one entire bank is fired at once, then the other bank is fired. A good way to see if the injectors fire is to use NOID lamps, test lamps draw too much current and may damage the ECM, volt meters react too slowly to get a useful indication.
