New clutch needed, need help!
Alright, I have a 1985 Camaro that is in need of a new clutch. Can someone help me find the right clutch that will fit. Also I am planning on putting a LT1 into it soon (its a V6 right now) so I will be neeeing a clutch that will be able to hold up to high torque and hard starts. If anyone woud be able to tell me a site that would have clutches, or tell me the size or type of clutch I need (I am new to buying clutches.). Thanks.

RE: New clutch needed, need help!
well if you have v6 with manual which is the borg t-5.. it really wont matter what clutch you get becuase the t-5 cant handle what your going to be putting it behind.. so in the end your have nice clutch and no trans. if your going to beef the engine up your would be better suited to get a diff trans. and then get a clutch that will work with that. if your clutch is gone and you need it to drive until swap get something cheap to get you by until the swap.
I beat up a bunch of those trans yes the can handle 300hp and yes you can break them with 250hp. What you say. they are sensitive even at the 250 range if your mean to it its gone. i tried the world class t-5 it is a little stronger but ahhhh not that strong do the upgrade.
