need a distributor and distributor intake manifold for a lt1. will need electric radiator fans if you dont have them. not sure if the advance curve for the lt1/4 is different so better look into that. you will want to retain the belt system and the alternator power steering pump and ac pump and mounts and if you have them. the is the 88 a one piece rear main?

Sorry it's actually a 305 ho and I want to keep everything on the 350 tpi and it does have electric fans already. Is there an after market computer I can buy for the corvette motor?

The coolant system for your 305 is not going to make it for the near 300HP LT1. Also the coolant system is the opposite for the LT1. The coolant runs backwards. The motor mounts are different and the Fuel pressure and volume is completely different. There are a couple of people that make aftermarket computers systems that are self teaching but they are very pricey. I mean you could buy and LS1 with the computer and have it turned kind of price. I think F.A.S.T has a system and I think Painless may have one.

If it was me I would be looking for a L98 350 (You can find the original stop parts) or the Ls1. Another possibility if you could convert the 94 LT1 over to 97 harness and PCM form a Camaro anyone with a copy of HP tune could make that computer work but you are still going to need a custom coolant and fuel system.

looks to me like lt1 has motor mount bolt holes that line up the same as gen 1, ls1 motor mounts are different.

I thought they had similar bolt patterns but slightly different. I know there is modification required when a Gen 1 block is put on a LT1 crossmember.

4th gen camaro has a different mount then a gen 1 so it would need modified. lt1 has the bolt pattern for a gen 1 mount. gen 1 does not have bolts holes for the lt1 mount.
