I have purchaced a 1984 camaro berlinetta and it hasno drivetrain or rear end, i am going todo an LT1 swap from a 1995 camarodrivetrain and was wondering what suspention parts i would need and what i would need to modify if anything thanks

 

you'll need an iroc suspension (spring shocks struts), also get weld in sub-frame connectors to reduce chassis flex, also some aftermarket trialing arms, panhard rod and the torque arm from the trans to the diff. there are other upgrades you can make that will help

 

what all should can i use from the 1995 except the drivetrain or interior like suspension or brakes or anything else

 

i dont think anything from a 95 minus the engine will fit in your car, i may be mistaken but i dont think the 4th gen parts will fit in a 3rd gen

 

i know the seats will, and youll need the speedo out of the 95 since its an electronic sending unit vs. a cable drive

 

you can use the tranny, and rearend. the tranny will need custom stuff and the driveshaft may have to be custom, but the rearend should fit if you are going disc to disc brakes. it will be about an inch longer on each side though
