Need Carb Advice please help
Ok as most of you know ive got a fresh built 383 stroker, but got ripped on the carb, its a holley 600, NOT ENOUGH,,,
So im obviously going to need alot more than that
I am a holley fan and have people around me very good at tuning holley
Take a look at this one and give me any advise, im building a streetable race car ie im looking for around 450-550 hp but not build to where it wont go down the rd without too much trouble

Yeah, i wouldnt go any lower than a 750 cfm for racing but you can get away with as low as 650 cfm for street, that one would work good for your engine though. Heres a link that you might find helpful? It's 383 stroker FAQ's http://www.chevymania.com/chevymania/tech/383.htm

750 is about right for a 383, but I don't think the 770 will be too much. Also depends on how many rpm's the engine will be capable of, you don't want to go starving out on the top end. You can always play with the jets anyhoo. And.....it's perty looking too. You gonna go with the red, blue, or black one?
